Travel Physical Therapist - $2,270 per week

About the role

Vibra Travels is seeking a Corporate Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Martinsville, Indiana. The position involves providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physician's order. The role supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aide/Therapy Techs.

Requirements

• Required Certifications: BLS
• Physical Therapy Degree from an Accredited School
• IN State License
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Outpatient Clinical Experience
• Professional Image Projection
• Previous Hospital Experience Preferred
• Knowledge of Regulatory Standards and Compliance Requirements
• Strong Organizational, Prioritizing and Analytical Skills
• Independent Decision Making Ability
• Working Knowledge of Computer and Software Applications
• Freedom from Illegal Drug and Alcohol Use
• Current, Valid, and Active License to Practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
