Travel Physical Therapist - $2,269 per week

Position Summary

Responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physician's order.

Position Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervises the following positions: Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs

Position Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Required Certifications: State Licensure Requirements
  • Minimum year’s experience: Required experience
• Knowledge: Regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Skills: Organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills, ability to make independent decisions, working knowledge of computer and software applications
• Other: Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace

Pay package

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
