Travel Physical Therapist - $2,265 per week

About the role

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Canaan, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNF settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Experience working in SNF settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
