Travel Physical Therapist - $2,264 per week

About the role

Aequor Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Ada, Oklahoma. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Experience in acute care settings preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of common physical therapy modalities
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
