Travel Physical Therapist - $2,256 per week

About the role

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in an acute care setting, focusing on cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic diagnoses. The role involves collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality care, managing a patient ratio of approximately 10 patients per 8‑hour day.

Schedule

Shift times are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. A weekend shift is required once a month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with other medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Utilize basic rehabilitation equipment as well as advanced therapy tools.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient documentation using the Sunrise Allscripts system.

Requirements

• New Hampshire Physical Therapy License (must be in hand at time of submission).
• BLS certification.
• Acute care experience preferred; vestibular experience is a plus but not required.
