Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Surprise, Arizona. The position will work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
