Travel Physical Therapist - $2,249 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 25-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is available on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients to improve their functional abilities
• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
