Travel Physical Therapist - $2,249 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Seattle, Washington. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Assess patient conditions and progress, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in physical therapy.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.
