Travel Physical Therapist - $2,249 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 25-week assignment starting ASAP in Buckeye, Arizona. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is based at West_AZ_Buckeye - S Watson Rd.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification
