Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel position in Medford, Oregon. Start date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel. The company provides onboarding, compliance, payroll, career guidance, and on‑assignment support through its Clinician Success Team.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and promptly
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Schedule

8‑hour day shifts, 40 hours per week.
