About the role
As a Physical Therapist, you will provide treatment and rehabilitation services to patients in a hospital setting. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring progress.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans
- Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and mobility
- Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year recent work experience in physical therapy
- A current BLS/CPR certification through American Heart Association
- An active license in the state of the job location (if applicable)
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in acute care settings
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
