Travel Physical Therapist - $2,246 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting immediately in Middletown, Ohio. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques

• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly pay is provided.
