LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Crown Point, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
