About the role
Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Leominster, Massachusetts. The position is full‑time (40 hours per week) on an 8‑hour day shift, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
- Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to various settings, schedules, and patient needs.
Pay
The pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 8 hours, days. Duration: 13 weeks.
