Travel Physical Therapist - $2,235 per week
About the role
The Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to the patients' needs and physician directives. The role includes delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate effective returns to community activities.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients.
- Utilize clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans and goals aimed at progressing patients towards discharge.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address discharge barriers.
- Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions effectively.
- Complete accurate and timely medical record documentation.
- Participate in student programs, providing a positive learning environment.
- Actively pursue professional development and compliance with licensure requirements.
- Contribute to patient and professional advocacy initiatives.
Requirements
- BLS certification required prior to the first shift.
- Must hold a valid, current state license as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.

The Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
