About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Ellensburg, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in a SNF setting preferred.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.

Pay
