We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This role involves evaluating patients, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to enhance function and mobility.

Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients appropriately.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Accurately document services in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients' families.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Possess an active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
- Demonstrated strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.
