It is essential to secure a permanent license for practice in the state mentioned, and if applicable, to transition from a compact to a permanent license immediately. Candidates who have worked in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year are not eligible for rehire until a year has passed since their last assignment. Additionally, if a candidate has a travel history with the organization, their eligibility for rehire will be assessed based on the timeframe of their previous assignment.
