Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Crossville, Tennessee. The position is a 13‑week contract assignment starting ASAP, requiring 40 hours per week on an 8‑hour day shift. A great SNF/LTC facility is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist to join their growing team. The role involves incorporating the organization's vision, values, mission and critical goals into job performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Hold a current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT, or be actively pursuing licensure.
• Maintain current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
