About the role
American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment in Pasadena, Texas. The role is in an outpatient clinic setting connected to the facility, with a day shift schedule Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A possible Saturday shift may be arranged in advance to allow for a weekday off. The primary responsibility is providing outpatient physical therapy services, with 12 hours of orientation provided.
The facility may cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week assignment. Uses MEDITECH for charting.
Schedule
- 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
- Day shift: 4x10hrs (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM)
- Possible Saturday shift (arranged in advance for a weekday off)
- Start Date: September 21, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Active state or compact (NLC) license required for the state of practice; pending licenses not accepted
- Two professional references required:
- One supervisor from within the last 12 months worked
- One peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility
- Copy of driver’s license required for consideration
