Travel Physical Therapist - $2,211 per week

About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Fort Morgan, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
