Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, located in Victorville, California. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with a total of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

Pay
