About the role
Zack Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in Murray, Kentucky. The position is a 5x8 days, 06:00:00-14:00:00, 8.00-5 shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care and treatment sessions
Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license
- At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy - PT experience
- Active or pending State License as an Physical Therapy - PT
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT
- 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
