Position Details
- Location: 1102 NW Bank Blvd., Suite 100, Enid, OK 73703.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program;
- active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure;
- strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills;
- commitment to patient-centered care.
Additional Information
- Clinicians will deliver personalized care, document accurately in Raintree electronic medical records, and maintain approximately 50 patient visits per week supported by AI-driven tools to streamline documentation.

Pay Package
