About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Fort Morgan, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- At least 1 year full-time Pediatric Physical Therapy experience within the last 2 years
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
