Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist in Millmont, Pennsylvania.

Assignment Details
- Start Date: 08/17/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with a 30-minute meal break)
- 30 scheduled hours per week
- Floating required between facilities that are 30 minutes apart
- Schedule split between two facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility
