Travel Physical Therapist - $2,187 per week

About the role

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ellensburg, Washington. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for various patient populations in the acute care setting.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
• Bill within the respective setting, following facility guidelines.
• Understand and comply with the respective state PT board's rules and regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and incorporate it into patient care.
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition.
• Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
