Travel Physical Therapist - $2,183 per week

About the role

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 15-week assignment in Waterville, Maine. The position offers 35 hours per week, 7-hour shifts, and is available immediately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

Requirements

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing
• Physical Therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology

Qualifications

• BLS
• 1 Year of experience

Pay

The pay package is based on 7 hour shifts and 35.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
