Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services in a clinical setting
• Adhere to a 3x12 days schedule with shifts from 07:00:00–19:00:00

Requirements

• Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist
• Active BLS and/or specialty certifications
• At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
• Current resume
• 2 current leadership references and 1 current co-worker reference
• Ability to pass background and urine drug screening
