About the Role

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of MA to work in the specialty area of Physical Therapist (PT). This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with state practice guidelines

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Physical Therapist (PT) experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice, or in the immediate process of obtaining MA licensure

Schedule

• Duration: 14 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• 5x8 Days schedule
• Start Date: 09/28/2026
