Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in recovery from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a nursing facility setting.
- Provide therapy services, support patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
- Deliver physical therapy services, help patients improve mobility and function, and contribute to patient recovery in a travel capacity.
- Maintain professional standards and adhere to licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active state license.
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
- BLS certification may be required.
