About the role
We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with a mixed patient population, providing high-quality evaluations and treatment plans without the responsibilities of scheduling or insurance operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute evaluations for patients.
- Provide 40-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
- Meet productivity goals of 70%, approximately 2.7 units per hour with evaluations weighted based on complexity.
- Utilize NetHealth/Redoc EMR for patient documentation.

- The candidate must possess a valid Physical Therapist license.
