About the role
Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
- At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.

Pay
