Job Description & Requirements
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mesa, Arizona. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and starts immediately. Active Physical Therapist licensure/certification in Arizona, American Heart Association BLS certification, at least 1-year of experience, and prior experience in a rehab facility are required.

- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Arizona
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Prior experience in a Rehab facility is preferred

$1,980 - $2,176 per week
13-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
