Travel Physical Therapist - $2,171 per week

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of common physical therapy modalities and techniques.

Benefits

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
