About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Gresham, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Conduct physical therapy sessions according to established protocols
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
