American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) Rehab Services position with day shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients within a PACE program
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• Active PT state license required; license verification required if applicable
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
• References required for consideration
• Covid vaccination card required for consideration

Qualifications

• Experience in PACE or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
