About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Sumter, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in South Carolina.
- At least 8 years of professional physical therapy experience.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day shift.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in physical therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
