About the role

Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Taos, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Assess patient conditions and progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico.
  • Experience in acute care settings preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
  • Current CPR certification.

  • Proficiency in using rehabilitation equipment and technology.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
