Job Description
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic assignment with Cypress Health Partners in Bourne, Massachusetts. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a traditional outpatient setting treating a diverse orthopedic population while enjoying all that Cape Cod has to offer.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients
- Establish individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions
- Monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with providers and staff
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience preferred
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to manage an outpatient caseload independently
- Excellent communication and patient education skills

Pay Package Breakdown
Housing Stipend: $945/week
Meals & Incidentals Stipend: $407/week
Taxable Weekly Wages: $813.76/week
Taxable Hourly Rate: $20.34/hr
Total Weekly Gross: $2,165.76/week
