Travel Physical Therapist - $2,144 per week

Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients within a home health setting in Louisville, Kentucky. This role focuses on optimal rehabilitation for conditions such as CHF, Ortho, and Pneumonia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct "start of care", recertifications, and daily visits averaging 6.5 per day
• Cover home health areas and handle a range of common diagnoses
• Interact with the clinical manager or educator for support in emergencies or during regular hours

Requirements

• BLS Certification
• Preferably experienced therapists (not necessarily new grads)

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus rotating weekends
• Start Date: 06/29/2026
