About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Florence, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
- At least one year of clinical experience in a SNF setting preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Pass a background check.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
