Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and devises/modifies treatment plans aligned with patient needs and physician directives.
• Manages all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional rehabilitation and patient education.
• Performs comprehensive evaluations and documents medical records accurately.
• Adheres to organizational and state regulations.
• Participates in student education and pursues ongoing professional development.
• Emphasizes safety, ethical practice, and contribution to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification.
• Active applicable state licensure.

Schedule

• Days shift, 8-hour shifts.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Start date: 09/21/2026.
• End date: 12/21/2026.
