About the role
Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their growing team in Monroe, Michigan. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to learn more about their conditions and create a personalized care plan. You will consistently document a patient’s medical history and progress and communicate problems to supervisors and other team members.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop personalized care plans
- Document patient medical history and progress
- Communicate patient status and concerns to supervisors and team members
- Collaborate with healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Certification from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
