Travel Physical Therapist - $2,129 per week
About the role
The assignment is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 5x8.0 Shift.
Responsibilities
- Completes a comprehensive evaluation of assigned patients.
- Utilizes clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals focused on progressing patients towards discharge.
- Documents medical records clearly, concisely, accurately, and timely, in compliance with relevant guidelines.
- Ensures care is delivered under signed, valid physician orders.
- Participates in student program development and evaluation.
- Develops and pursues an individualized professional development plan.
- Adheres to discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintains professional licensure.
- Demonstrates awareness of and participates in performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience.
- CPR certification.
- Active and applicable state license to practice as a physical therapist.
- Previous experience with the agency or Select Medical is highly desired.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
