Travel Physical Therapist - $2,128 per week

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a 52-week assignment with a start date of ASAP, requiring 40 hours per week on 8-hour day shifts.

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
