About the role
Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting December 7, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
- Adhere to all regulatory and insurance requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
