Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long‑Term Care (LTC) required.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain an Alabama PT license immediately.
