Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist in Potomac, Maryland.
About the role
This 13-week travel assignment offers the opportunity to make a significant impact as a Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The role is full-time, non-exempt, and on-site.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$2,088.99 - $2,153.60 per week
Schedule
- 13-week assignment starting 08/31/2026
- Day shift, 8 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week
