About the role
Zack Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Rogers, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license.
- At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy - PT experience.
- Active or pending state license as an Physical Therapy - PT.
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT.
- 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker.
Qualifications
Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
